Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

Accounting, s.r.o., with its registered office at Hraničná 53, 821 05 Bratislava, Company ID (IČO): 35 916 800, entered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, Section: Sro, Insert No.: 34545/B (hereinafter “Controller”), in accordance with the relevant provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the “GDPR”) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment and supplementation of certain Acts (the “Act”), is interested, as Controller, in processing your personal data for the following purposes:

- first name and last name
- telephone number
- e-mail address
You provide your personal data to the Controller voluntarily on the basis of this consent, which constitutes the legal basis for their processing. You provide your personal data for these purposes for the duration of the stated purpose or until you withdraw your consent.
I hereby consent to the right to withdraw this consent to the processing of my personal data by the Controller for the above purposes of providing and sending personal information, as well as to the establishment of contact by mail, telephone, or in person by the Controller, and to the sending of information by the Controller’s business partners.
I may withdraw my consent regarding the processing of personal data at any time electronically or in writing by sending my withdrawal to the address below. At the stated contact addresses, I may exercise my rights regarding the provision of information, access to the personal data provided, correction of personal data, changes and deletion, restriction of processing, objection to the processing of personal data, and portability of my personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the Act. The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority is guaranteed.
Your personal data will not be disclosed except where disclosure is required by a binding legal regulation or by a decision of a court or other state authority.
In connection with the above purposes of processing your personal data, your personal data may be transferred to other Member States of the European Union, including the country of residence of any intermediary, which under the Act is considered an EU Member State.

COOKIES
